Clear It Monterey is a small, owner run brush clearing and hauling business in Monterey County, California. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website or contact us.
The quote form
The free walkthrough form on this site does not send or store anything. When you tap a button, it opens the text or email app on your own device with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and nothing you type into the form is saved on this website.
What we receive
When you text, call or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, the property location, notes and photos.
How we use it
- To answer your question, schedule a walkthrough and send you a written price.
- To do the job, send before and after photos, and send invoices or receipts.
- To keep basic business and tax records.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing lists to anyone. We only share details when it is needed to do your job or when the law requires it.
Photos of your property
We take before and after photos for your records and ours. We will only post photos of your property on this site or social media with your permission, and never with your street address.
Website hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you click to leave us a Google review, Google's own privacy policy applies on their site.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for tax or legal records. Just email us and we will take care of it.
