What happens at the free walkthrough?

We look at the property with you, talk through what you want cleared, and note what's in the way. It's free, with no obligation to hire us.

What's a "written scope" and an "all-in price"?

It's a plain-language write-up of exactly what's included, with one price for the whole job, including hauling the debris. You see it in writing before any work starts.

What happens to the debris?

We haul it off your property as part of the job. The written scope says exactly what's being hauled, so you're not guessing.

Do you cover my area?

We serve Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Seaside, Marina and Salinas. Santa Cruz area is an "ask us": text your address and we'll tell you straight.

How soon can you start?

Most walkthroughs happen within a few days. Once you approve the written price, we'll give you a start date and stick to it.

Do I need to be there?

No. We can do the walkthrough with you or on our own and send photos with the written price. On the day of the job, just leave gate or access info and we'll send before and after photos when we're done.
